The Project Management department is the new focused foundation of TWI and its forward-thinking vision to grow and better serve the worldwide tradeshow logistics market from within the company.
The Project Management department is responsible for developing and managing trade shows and conferences data and schedules, assessing and analyzing shipping and industry trends by region, monitoring and maintaining shipping cost and sell rates as well as show schedules, all while building a solid relationship with our agents, vendors and clients abroad.
We visualize the project management department to be the "One Stop Info Shop" for our fellow departments within TWI, as well as our traveling on-site team and agents abroad.
